Help

Can anyone help and tell me how to embed a video on here.
I posted the link below but want the video to be on the blog so people can just click it.
I've got the code to embed the video from the video website.

    Michael, I thik when your creating your post you need click edit html and you wil see a little film reel type of icon, click it and add video url etc... I have never done it but I imagine thats the way to do it. GL

    Sorry mate, I mean just post the html into the body when in edit html screen. The video link is to upload a video of your own.
